Invoking IE worked, though, but the window was lacking menubar and toolbar, so I couldn't confirm whether this was really IE6 or the Gecko renderer. I also tried win98 (which the software is supposed to support), fakeie6 and ole2 - with identical results. BTW, I read that I'm not supposed to post entries in bugzilla if the environment has been "polluted" with winetricks.
