I think I found the way to undo the changes done by "sh winetricks dcom98" by removing all the overwritten libraries in the Library tab of the Wine configuration panel. At least, after doing that I was able to get the error messages again. Here are all the messages that I got when running the application and going over the UI screens that are not properly rendered.
