In your post at Megaupload about 50 lines up from the bottom it says > wine: could not load L"C:\\windows\\system32\\C348.exe": Module not found It does look as if your programme is looking for C348.exe in windows/system32. Why it should look there and what the module remark is all about is confusing and may suggest the solution is not simple. However, it could be worth copying your programme into drive_c/windows/system32 within the .wine folder and seeing if it runs then.
