No native overrides are needed to install Office 2007 in current Wine. Just run the installer as you would in Windows. Once Office is installed, set riched20.dll to (native, builtin) in winecfg. You do not have to install the dll--Office installs its own riched20, but Wine won't use it until you set the override.
