Greets I am new to wine and linux so could use some newbie help. Running Ubuntu 8.10, Wine 1.0.1 and I want to find out if it is possible to disable the balloon tips in wine. I am running an application that updates me on its status via balloon tips, and in XP one can disable them via the registry, but I don't see the corresponding registry entry for wine. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
