Is there a way to unload the nVidia driver only for wine? If I unload the driver with the system hardware driver, will I not loose the ability to run 1024 X 768 in Ubuntu? Now I have done a cold restart afterward and lo and behold no problem. I have an old MX400 card running the version 96 NVidia driver.
