I get that same Error

I am can run the game but then @ anytime 1min -1hr later or mostly after I leave a Battle ground I get that Error also
I am running Kbuntu 8.10 64bit, Nvidia 9800gtx with 177.80 drivers and a amd 9850 4x BE and Asus m3a32-mvp deluxe MB with 8gig mem and latest bios.

Thought it could have something to do with the 64bit OS but I dont know
