There might be at least two ways for this... One is with cmdow.exe, http://www.commandline.co.uk/cmdow/ Syntax would be cmdow /run /hid process.exe - could also be written into a batch file. Another is with the Windows Cron port, http://www.kalab.com/freeware/cron/cron.htm - Cron runs everything windowless. or something like old Norton Commander scheduler, which allowed running apps as hidden/systray-iconised.
