about this line: WINEPREFIX=~/garbage wine /sda6/rommel/pxmsetup_1.07.exe of course replace the directory path, whit your directory path where the setup file resides. Also, it might be worth to open a bug in bugzilla for the crash you get when trying to open a file. Regards
