Hi, You don't say what OS / distribution you are trying to install on. You are trying to install from source. Is that what you mean to do ? No offence, but it sounds like you probably don't want to. Have you installed Wine before ? How ? That's the key to removing it. No ? Was it installed automagically when you installed your OS / distribution ? Go back to Wine HQ home page. Follow the Get Wine Now link. If your OS / distribution is listed there then you probably ought to install the relevant Wine binary package.
