Well, after reinstalling NWN2 and patching it it works... I can't remember exactly if i used an no-CD patch with the old installation that maybe caused this issue. I now run the game by browsing to the game directory, using the wine explorer. When directly launching it from the command line the Game can't detect the DVD.
