The behaviour of wine may depend on your pwd. When you use nautilus, pwdis the same as route_to_the_game. Apparently when you are on theterminal it's not. Try with:
cd route_to_the_gamewine game.exe
And see if that works.
Also, when you ask for help you must give details about what you'redoing (What _EXACT_ command?), what errors do you get ("it gives me anerror and the application stops" doesn't count) and what else did youtry to solve it yourself.
