Have you allowed the WM to control the windows? if you have, disable it. Also, maybe if you trie running wine inside a virtual desktop you'd know that if the window really 'disappeared without crashing' it mus be somewhere around there. Or it could even be unresponsive and not being redrawn (though I think titlebars and such decorations would still be visible). Jorl17
