OT: Need PCI only Video Card recommendation for use with WINE

The MB I've been using has a built in crippled ATI chip, since the manufacturer didn't see any need to support OpenGL. Yup, thats right, NO OpenGL support at all. Which means other than basic menus wine is pretty well stuck not working.
The MB came with 2 PCIe X4 slots, 2 PCIe X8 slots, and 2 PCI-X/133 slots. You will note, there are NO PCIe X16 video slots. I've tried a couple of PCIe X16 video cards in the X8 slots and fried the cards. Do not try that if you have a similar situation. The cards whine and then let the magic smoke out of the chips. :-))
I've been told that PCI-X/133 slots are backwards plug in compatible with vanilla PCI. So I'm willing to try an inexpensive PCI video card, as long as it supports OpenGL. I'm wondering if anyone would care to make a recommendation (other than buy a new MB ... I'm not quite there yet) about a good inexpensive PCI video card.
