Well, that kinda sucks for me, lol. KDE and all the native apps have no problem with touchscreen input, nor does the virtual machine I sometimes run. The gps software I am using wine for, however, does. Must be something in the app, which means more (and more painful!) research must be done by me. But thanks for letting me know :)
