Hmm I have managed to get into garena and launch war3.exe when clicking "Start Game". But I haven't been able to join any games after that (I get a "Fatal Error" dialog box in Warcraft regarding memory inaccessibility), and games I host are unjoinable. The way I managed to launch war3.exe was by manually opening Frozen Throne.exe and then closing it after it launches. Then I press "Start Game" in garena and for some reason it works!
