I changed the permissions of /dev/nvidiactl and /dev/nvidia0.

glxinfo | grep direct 
direct rendering: Yes

Unfortunately I still get the same error :(
> err:d3d:WineD3D_CreateFakeGLContext Can't find a suitable
iPixelFormat
