The program crashed at startup for some reason. I have no idea why; it works fine on my system. Try starting it with this command: Code: wine "SimCity 4.exe" -d:software -intro:off Also, exactly what version of Wine are you using? The latest is 1.0-rc4. If you're using anything older than that, upgrade, because there were some regressions in the previous few versions that affected many games.
