What would be great -- if both of these apps could get together for the nasty ActiveX stuff. Sharepoint I guess requires all this for it's fully operational (non-degraded) usage.

Does anyone use Sharepoint from Wine?  How?  Non-degraded?

I assume that if IE6 is in a .wine.win98 prefix and Office is in a .wine.2000 prefix, that IE can't launch "Office" ActiveX controls. Tell me if this is not true please.

So I guess for the best SharePoint integration IE6 + an older Office 2000?
