Someone else could have a copy, google may find a download, etc. Unless you wrote the app yourself, have the only copy, and can't provide the source, then please provide the name. Try running within winedbg, which may give a clue, or +relay to look for any clues (if that doesn't help, try +all, but beware of a _TON_ of output).
