I don't have compiz installed, and I don't really know what a mouse emulator is? I'm running a pretty much stock hardy, with only games and network software added. Thanks for your help, but unfortunately that didn't solve my problem. PS. I am rather new to ubuntu, so simplify your answers, thanks
