As Vitamin said, you're using an older Wine; please upgrade.
And as Vitamin said, you're running into
http://wiki.winehq.org/PreloaderPageZeroProblem,
follow the instructions there.

You should probably ask on the Ubuntu support area for
suggestions about alternate drivers.  If other cards aren't
having the problem, it's *probably* not a Wine bug.
