Not in the European Union where this type of activity is illegal. Thus,
anyone there could crack it and then host it.
As for the legality of it, I have a buddy in Canada who knows a bit about the laws and he says it perfectly legal there to do this.
As it is in the United States, for now. However, there is a movement
started to basically make this illegal here too. :)
