Another major problem I've encountered with Manga Studio though is that whenever I try to use the text tool, it causes the program to crash. Is that because the fonts are different between Windows and Linux or something?
It may be crashing because you do not have a needed font installed.
Read through the mail archives and look for the winetricks script which
assists with the installation of the corefonts most programs utilize.
