Well, one thing is experience and another thing is to know what happens, program-wise. It isn't the same to say "it doesn't work after this window or this other thing" rather than pasting some (hopefully) useful terminal output. I guess I'm off the thread then, since I'm afraid I can't give any help without an error to see, nor have I used those two apps in my life. Good luck.
