Hey, Thanks again for your swift retort. I stumbled onto an installation guide of DirectX on Wine. After executing it, everything fell into place, well except for the "gameplay" per se. I've tried waiting, but it seems to me it's just frozen there. Should I check whether or not I have "wine-devel" installed?(if that's the packaged you mentioned in your post?) Thanks again, Daniel
