In other words it is very unlikely that dialog you see is from WINE itself. Most likely it is from your Windows application - it is very usual for Windows applications to display such meaningless garbage instead of useful error description. If problem you see doesn't happen on Windows but happens on WINE please file a bug report at http://bugs.winehq.org . Don't forget to describe steps to reproduce the bug you found and don't forget to mention name and version of your application.
