Hello there, i have the same problem with 2 games demos i wanted to install, namely "CoD 2" and "Battle for the midle earth". Wine aborts very early with : could not load L"Z:\\home\\seb\\nzd_bfme2demo_english_final.exe": Invalid parameter could not load L"Z:\\home\\seb\\call_of_duty_2_demo.exe": Invalid parameter i have been a little overflowded by the amount of informations sent by the debug channels, but one seems interesting : 0009:trace:nls:WideCharToMultiByte cp 0 L"Invalid parameter\n\0000" -> (null), ret = 19 i tried first with wine-0.9.26, and since then with each new release, but all abort with the same error...
