Dan Kegel wrote a shell script that installs mono and sets up the registry keys needed for Wine to use it for .net programs: http://kegel.com/wine/fakedotnet.sh The problem is that MS .NET doesn't work atm. and the Wine people don't want to rely on MS software (might be withdrawn or made incompatible with Wine).
