hmm, i don't speak portuguese, but from your log i think you can get
around this bug by copying msxml3.dll AND msxml3r.dll from a
windowspartitition to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/ and then run by
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="msxml3=n" wine soma.exe
