That's something we should fix!
But for those wondering: to install software in wine, you need to run
the software's setup.exe using wine.
Which would be exactly the same way you do it under windows - execute
setup.exe.

On Windows when you insert the CD Autorun starts the installer unless
you don't like autorun and disable it. If you disable autorun you know
enough to find start.exe manually.
