I tried now to initiate the debugger. There is not much more info if I set it correctly. I checked again the installation process of wkp. It says ~/temppi/src/wkp_1> WINEDBUG=+relay wine setup.exe err:ddeml:WDML_CreateString Unknown code page 850 err:ddeml:WDML_CreateString Unknown code page 850 err:ddeml:WDML_CreateString Unknown code page 850 err:ddeml:WDML_CreateString Unknown code page 850 ~/temppi/src/wkp_1> but the installations seems otherwise go okay. I get also exactly the same errors if I use additionally WINEDBUG=+relay WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ddeml=n" wine setup.exe And if I try to run the installed program ~/.wine/drive_c/WKP> WINEDBUG=+relay wine wkp.exe err:ddeml:WDML_CreateString Unknown code page 850 wine: Unhandled exception 0xc0000090 at address 0x13df:0x00000f52 (thread 000c), starting debugger... err:seh:raise_exception Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x60398505 ~/.wine/drive_c/WKP> or with ddeml set to native ~/.wine/drive_c/WKP_1> WINEDBUG=+relay WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ddeml=n" wine wkp.exe I get exactly the same errors as without ddeml override. Please, if some other output is needed, give directly the necessary command. As mentioned, I'm quite new to this wine program and linux.
