Tried sending a bugreport to www.winehq.com ? Someone usually responds
quite quickly.
If there is a demo somewhere to download that has the same error that
also makes things easier on them.
Also try selecting "Emulate a virtual desktop" if you haven't already as that
may help you quit without using the three fingered salute.
