The install errors/warnings can all be ignored. You need native DCOM for it to run, though, else you run into that exception. Don't listen to the guy who said vfp7 is buggy; that's not the problem here. There are many ways to install native DCOM; http://wiki.winehq.org/NativeDcom describes one way.
