Umm, ISO9660 is a filesystem. VFAT is a filesystem. ISO9660 is used on
CD-ROMs.

In this case, I assume it is some windows-specific way of identifying a
device.
I guess cdburn really wants to write to a CD writer, so you are out of
luck with this one.
