What you might wish to tell us is what exactly this software is and what
it does.  In that case, we may be able to help, either in setting it up
or in suggesting an alternative, open-source option that you may not
have considered, other than Open Kiosk.
Another approach is to actually contact Open Kiosk, not only them, but
the community that uses the software, to see if anybody has found a way
to modify the software to meet their needs.
