Probably not because you can't install Windows Movie Maker without installing Windows. It looks like one person tried to run it directly from a mounted Windows partition without success: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.wine.user/1429/match=movie+maker If you get better results, consider submitting this to AppDB.
