Place it to ~/winetools/sys. Note that Winetools needs wine <=0.9.7

Thanks, Joachim. Even though I put the dll there, WineTools still
tries to download it when I try to install Microsoft Foundation
Classes. Or, should I _not_ install MFC since the dll is there?

I did remove wine and install 0.9.7 via .deb package from Sourceforge.
