That worked fine for me here with yesterday's git.
It's maybe an other bug, but there is one: A screen pops up with the text
"The Install Shield Engine (Kernel.exe)
couldn't be launched"+ "(0x80004002)".
The report is:

Bojan, which program gave that error - the original program, or the demo I asked
you to try,

The ole error you list is definitely related to the dialog box; that GUID is for
InstallShield setup kernel Setup.Kernel.1
according to myplugins.info.
