I think this a problem of your distro.
I had the same problem on my distro (Gobolinux), our development team had made the little fix.
I hope this help you!
Peace

Hi everyone ...
I'm running Suse 10.0 (open version, not purchased - I know, I'm cheap),
and Wine 0.9.10 - I've had 0.9.15 installed, but I needed IE6, and could only
get it running properly under 0.9.10.
Since the new numbering scheme, YaST tells me that there is a new version
of WINE available, expect it's version 20050725-3.2. This happened even with
0.9.15.
Is this because the old version starts with a 2 and the new version starts
with a 0 ? Is there any way I can correct this? Does anyone else have this
problem? Does anyone else find this annoying? How many questions am I allowed
in one post?
Thanks
Derek McGowan

Why use window if I have the door? Linux in the vain!
The box said 'requires Windows 95/98/NT or better' then installed the Linux.
Real Programmers consider "what you see is what you get" to be just as
bad a concept in Text Editors as it is in women. No, the Real Programmer
wants a "you asked for it, you got it" text editor -- complicated,
cryptic, powerful, unforgiving, dangerous.
