I got it! When I have removed the links and created my profile folder, I have already permissions. It goes a little slow, but works. Thanks,

Are you saying that c:\\windows\\profiles\\ajperez\\Escritorio is a link? In some cases (at least in the past), Wine didn't handle links well. You might want to get rid of the links and try again, and see if that fixes at least that part.
