I made a quick patch against current CVS code and now this bug (4863 from bugzilla) seems to be fixed, but I haven't yet submitted it as an official patch: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4863#c16 Can you, or someone else, using some app with lots of icons (like Lotus Notes) test this patch and then post any problems in bugzilla or in this list?
