This wasn't necessary earlier, right?Of course it was necessary earlier. You've always had to use native dll overrides to install IE, whether you realized it or not. You can find inseng.dll anywhere on the net too.
But earlier, it wasn't necessary to manually copy a file from a Windows installation, right? The instructions on http://appdb.winehq.com/appview.php?versionId=469 doesn't say anything about this.
WineTools and IEs4Linux doesn't require this step either, so I guess they are downloading some stuff from the net instead? How?
