Yes that is the same method as I am using with
iexplore.exe, but it is still running the builtin version.

Same problem here. IE6 installed fine with the inseng.dll in the
system32 directory, but no matter how I try to start it all I get is the
internal explorer. Even with the fix given in bug 3950. Anyone have any
other ideas?
