Then your best bet is to try a newer wine version.

That would be because an environment variable definition like
LC_ALL="da_DK" has to go _first_ and not in the middle of the command.
Please, read up on using command line interfaces.
Also, the single quote >'< was added to clarify which part has to be
entered in the command line. It should go without saying that the single
quote then must not be entered as well.
