Hi I'm new to wine. I'm running Dapper Ubuntu, I installed Wine from the standard repos. But I don't see any menu icons for it. I don't know how to start using it. Is there a simple and good guide for installing apps and using Wine? Also is there any way to change the encoding inside the bottle? I have lots of Chinese apps but the Chinese doesn't display properly which puts a bit of a damper on things....
