So far, all I do with wine is to run Audible Manager
which is in its own Windows 98 partition
which is bootable and usable.
I just imported the whole registry and
now I don't have to activate the listening devices
for each user accounts ( I use two).
Before importing, I had to deactivate them
in the Windows, and activate them
in each user account.
Of course, I could have search for 'audible' and
limited the import, but why bother?
What are the ill effects?
