I've been using Crossover Office (the commerical Codeweavers) package
since Redhat 9. I'm now up to Fedora Core 5. Agent works great under
it. Earlier versions had some slight visual oddness/warping in the
buttons, but, it's been looking "as good as under Windows" since Core
3 or so. It also runs just as smoothly as it looks.

Install Agent using the "install unsupported software" options of
Crossover Office. Make sure when doing the install to select the
option that created icons/shortcuts. Then, look in your Fedora menu,
Agent should show up in a folder named something like "Windows
Applications".

You can share an Agent data file with a windows install (if you
dual-boot) by making sure the windows drive is +rw (I store my Windows
Agent install on fat32 for just that reason). Remove the default
'Data' directory that installs for Agent in Fedora. Make a symbolic
link to the Windows Data directory, and it will share the folders. I
haven't noticed any problems or corruption when doing this.

My only issue is that I can't configure Agent (on Linux) to find my
.sig files. I've installed Agent on the "D:" drive in Windows, and
Agent insists on being installed in the virtual "C:" drive on Linux.
So the location of my .sig files doesn't match in the config file.

It's a small price to pay to _have_ a working Agent :).
