Well, removing the source install won't affect your ~/.wine folder, so
that should be the easy part.  Just do a make uninstall.

Then install the rpm.

Things changed a bit since the August version, and there is no automatic
tool to migrate whatever you had in the config file to winecfg, so
you'll have to do those entries by hand (assuming you've made some).  If
everything was the default in the config file, though, you should be
perfectly fine.
