Spamassassin (and other spam detectors) give your mail a score based on many things, if that score is more that the maximal score allowed, the mail is rejected. So it might work sometimes and sometimes not (for example it might work if only your mail server is listed and you don't ahve your name, but if you have your mailserver blacklisted and no name and write the subject in upper case, it won't. That's just an example by the way).
